GENERAL RULES

PURPOSE
The purpose of this Terms & Conditions (this "Agreement") is to set out rights and obligations and other necessary matters between persons trading products or services with each other, rights and obligations and other responsible matters between the Members and the Company (as defined below), the procedures for the use of the service by the Members, etc., in connection with the use of the e-commerce related services (the "Services") provided by TM ORDERING PORTAL (https://unifimobile.mmag.com.my; hereby referred as "MMAG") operated by MMAG DIGITAL SDN BHD (the "Company").

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

• The use of sexualized language or imagery
• Personal attacks
• Trolling or insulting/derogatory comments
• Public or private harassment
• Publishing other's private information, such as physical or electronic addresses, without explicit permission
• Other unethical or unprofessional conduct.

MMAG have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, issues, and other ontributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct. By adopting this Code of Conduct, users commit themselves to fairly and consistently applying these principles to every aspect of using this website. Users who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct may be permanently barred from using the website.

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting MMAG personnels.
