ADDING ITEMS

1. Browse through our list of available products.
2. Once you have found a product of interest, add the product to your shopping cart.
   Use the PLUS or MINUS buttons to adjust your order quantity.

   To add the product, click / tap the ADD TO CART button.
   You may also click / tap the product picture to view more info about the product.

VIEWING YOUR CART

1. You may view added items in your shopping cart.
   To view your shopping cart, click or tap the MY CART button.

ADJUSTING ITEMS QUANTITY

1. You may further adjust the order quantity for each item your shopping cart before checking out.
   To adjust the quantity, click the UP or DOWN button of item.
   You may also key in the wanted quantity into the quantity box.
2. When you are done, click / tap the Recalculate button to recalculate the total price.
   

CHECK OUT

1. To proceed to check out, click the Checkout Now button.
   

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

1. First fill up your Shipping Address and click / tap the Save button to save the shipping address.
   
2. Next fill up your Billing Address and click / tap the Save button to save the billing address.
   If your Billing Address is the same as your Shipping address, you may click the Same as shipping address button to auto fill up and save the billing address.
3. Next select your preferred method of payment by clicking / tapping on the payment method.
   A TICK will appear beside the selected payment method.

4. Finally verify that your Order Items is correct.
   If you are satisfied, click / tap the Submit Order button.
   

ORDER AUTO CANCELLATION

1. Your order will be auto cancelled if we do not receive payment within 3 hours.

VIEWING YOUR PAST ORDERS

1. To view your past orders, click or tap the My Orders button.

2. Look for Transfers (or something similar)
3. Look for Interbank Fund Transfer / GIRO (or something similar), click on Interbank Fund Transfer.
4. Select the destination Bank

To use JomPAY, you may follow the steps below:

Amount (Pay amount)

From Account (Select your Credit Card account)

Biller Code (key in 9415)

Reference (key in the confirmation order number. eg. CO1611XXXXXXX)

6. Click Submit / Pay Now

1. Click PAY NOW to be directed to kiplePay payment gateway.
2. Select your favourite Bank. You will be directed to your Internet Banking page.
3. Login to your Internet Banking.
4. Click REQUEST FOR TAC.
5. Key in the TAC number.
6. Click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
7. A status screen will show SUCCESSFUL / FAILURE.
   Click CONTINUE WITH TRANSACTION to return.

1. Click PAY NOW to be directed to kiplePay payment gateway.
2. Key in Card Holder name.
3. Key in Card Number.
4. Key in Card Expiry Date.
5. Key in CVV.
6. Click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
7. A status screen will show SUCCESSFUL / FAILURE.
   Click CONTINUE WITH TRANSACTION to return.

1. Click PAY NOW to be directed to kiplePay payment gateway.
2. Select your favourite e-wallet. You will be directed to your e-wallet merchant page.
3. Login to your e-Wallet account.
4. Key in your PIN number.
5. Click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
6. A status screen will show SUCCESSFUL / FAILURE.
   Click CONTINUE WITH TRANSACTION to return.
